The soundtrack to Brazil with Michael Palin on BBC1

We've been watching and enjoying Michael Palin's travels around Brazil over the last three weeks.  The program gives a great introduction to the culture and flavours of the country, albeit slightly touristy in places.

The soundtrack to the show contains many classic Brazilian records, mostly from the 60's and 70's 'golden era' period including Trio Mocoto, Cesar Mariano and Clube do Balanco which we have released on various projects over the years, all contained however, on our Brazilian Beats boxset.

Last night's episode included some footage of Picachu from the Rio Breaks movie, surfing in his usual spot at Arpoador in Rio.
