The Sound Council present the first proper full release of a cool 80s Soul-Boogie-Electro-Funk record by the Los Angeles based R&B group Creative Power. Ultra limited copies of Special Love / My World were promoted to local DJ at the time, but the record slipped into obscurity and now these gems finally get their chance to shine. Well recommended.
