The Sound Council re-issue an amazing under the radar beautiful Modern-Soul gem from 1985 by O-Ryley which features the vocals of the legendary Kellee Patterson. 'Hanging Out With The Sunshine' has a slight Lovers Rock vibe. Highly recommended.
